I don't think my guys care too much, just so long as I follow the same routine....get up, get them their breakfast, take them on their walk, give them their treat when we get back, play their game of squeaky, and let them take their nap......You don't think I cater to them too much, do you?
We are totally bed heads and I after breakfast will go back to bed till it is time to hit the park for a lark. We so get it. Have a marvellous Monday. Best wishes Molly
Coco is a little odd on Mondays. It is the only day of the week that my schedule is different, as I have to go in to work later than other days. We usually lounge around a little in the morning and she gets quite mopey when I finally have to leave for work. I try to tell her that Daddy will be home in just an hour or so, but there's no consoling her.
We're with Rita!! The dogs know the differences in days too, and they know both hubby and I go to work on Monday mornings, and I think they go back to bed purposely so we can't make it! This is after they've had their breakfast though, and they get back up before we leave because they get a treat!
Ha! I sympathize! 5:00 comes early throughout the week, but especially Mondays! And I'm not alone there - both Moses and Alma need to be woken up for their pre-work outside breaks during the week. Weekends, however, when I shamelessly sleep past 10 whenever possible, they're the ones waiting on me!
We love comments - even just a smiley face or a LOL will make my day. (Yes, my days are pretty easily made.)

ReplyDeleteNo, not at all! I cater to Rita as well - but her idea of catering is to sleep in and have me stop by and rub her tummy every once in a while. :)

ReplyDeleteMr. N likes to sleep in every day. The boyfriend will feed him and take him out and then he goes back to bed until I get up.
ReplyDeleteBailie doesn't like the days Mom goes to the office because she has to get up at five. She has a hard time getting out of bed too.
ReplyDeleteI don't blame her, what's to like about a Monday?? LOL
ReplyDeleteme too

ReplyDeleteI'm with her! Boo to Mondays!
ReplyDeleteNellie would spend all day in bed. I get up to go to work on Monday's let G & G out and she stays in and gets more sleep.
ReplyDeletehaha! Rita sounds like me on Mondays! Eat breakfast and head back to bed!
ReplyDeleteOh Rita, you sound just like me on Mondays! No one likes leaving a nice soft bed to get ready for the day! :(
ReplyDeleteLOL, Rita would be snoozing alone at our house. Everybody is eager to get the day going :-)
ReplyDeleteThe only reason we like Mondays is that is one of dads days off......otherwise we would just sleep the whole day away!

Reggie wants to know: "Sleeping in? What the heck is that about?"
ReplyDeleteHey Rita
ReplyDeleteI would like weekends like you only they always include a bath, doh! :)
I hope you're having a fun day,
Your pal Snoopy :)
Seriously? Still in bed? Ours are up at 4 am every. single. day. Even Mondays and weekends.
