Senorita Rita Needs a Margarita!

Okay, I rolled these pics out last year too, but they're so perfect (I still can't believe the faces she made for these pics!) that you should just expect these to be an annual event. Oh, and they're not exactly the same anyway - I played with them on PicMonkey.com!

Enjoy:

Feliz Cinco de Mayo! If you have a margarita today, know that our Senorita Rita will be raising a shot glass with you and drinking to your good health! Salud!

For the story behind the photos... she had been sleeping, and I saw a Cinco de Mayo photo contest on Facebook, so I grabbed a bottle of tequila (we have many since the hubs is very in to tequila these days - but I decided to go with the popular favorite, Jose!). I set the bottle down next to her and she woke up and sniffed it (since she grew up on the "mean streets" of Baja, Mexico, I've always wondered if it smelled like home to her), then hung her head with a "Why did you wake me up for this?" look. Too perfect. Well, maybe not totally perfect since we didn't win the contest, but we did get third place!

  1. Those are great, very expressive face. There is always something funny about a dog posing as a lush.

We love comments - even just a smiley face or a LOL will make my day. (Yes, my days are pretty easily made.)
