The hub's physiotherapist suggested freezing cups of ice and using them to ice-massage some of the continuing trouble spots on his knees post-surgery. Well, Rita (who is completely uninterested whenever I try to give her an ice cube) has decided that these are super tasty.

"Oh man. I can't enough of this!" |
As soon as the hubs gets his frozen cup of water out, Rita's right there, ready to dive in. Rita only gets real Frosty Paws once in a while for a special treat, but heck, she can have these "Poor-dog's Frosty Paws" whenever she wants!

"NUM!" (or is it "numb"?) |
(Okay, still not totally wordless, but not bad, eh? I'm getting better at this "less-wordy" thing...)
Woof! Woof! Oh! I blame it on the cup. Next time you have another tasty treat join our Tasty Tuesday hop. Happy Wednesday and Happy Thanksgiving. Lots of Golden Woofs, Sugar
ReplyDeleteIt's just that other dog things just taste better! Wagging Thanksgiving Wordless Wednesday!

Those little ice cups do double duty!
ReplyDeleteOh hilarious! Our dogs don't care for ice cubes either, but I'll bet they'd do the same thing!
ReplyDeleteGizmo is not a fan of ice cubes either...might have to give this a try for hot summer days
