Beginning to Look Like Fall... But Where's the "Reading Weather"?

It recently started looking like fall here in San Diego (well, if you live in a neighborhood with liquidambar trees anyway, like we do...) but it's not feeling like fall.

Rita and I are not fans of this hot, dry weather we've been having. And it's certainly wreaking havoc on huge swathes of California with the horrible fires up and down the state. (Luckily none are in San Diego. Yet.)

Hopefully it will cool down and be reading (and snuggling up and drinking cocoa and hiking) weather soon!

But... if you've got reading weather...
...might I suggest...

Stray Magic has officially launched! Rita says, "Books-schmooks. Give me a pizzle any day!" But hopefully some of you will care. If so, links to ebooks and paperbacks are below!

The book is available in all the following places:

If you buy a paperback and would like it "signed", let me know - I have these really cute stickers I can sign and mail to you.

Has fall arrived where you are??

Thanks to BlogPaws for hosting Wordless Wednesday! Stop by their site to check out all of the other blogs in the hop.

  7. It's been unseasonably warm (until the last few days) out in the Chicago area, too. Probably not as warm as San Diego, but warm for October in the midwest.

And ugh, the fires are so frightening. I sure hope they stay away from San Diego.

    Huge Congrats on your book!

  12. We're getting Fall weather here, but we've also had a few smokey days from the Napa fires :-( Those fires are just horrendous! The liquidambar trees can be pretty, but those seed balls are nasty on the paw.
