    1. One of her fave things to do! She does this on almost every walk if we come across some nice dewy grass!

  3. Looks so nice on the green grass. Happy dog!

  4. How adorable. When T does that, he tends to look like a turtle that can't get it. Three of our five boxers have done that and we call it their break
    dancing moves.

    1. Sometimes Rita does that on our bed and sinks in and can't get back up right away - we call that "turtling". :) Funny - it does look like doggy break dancing.

  5. The spring roll. Yes!! I love the smell of spring. This reminds me of my Daisy and how she used to find smelly stuff to roll in!!

    1. She does love to squirm in smelly stuff, but she also loves to just roll in the damp grass! We don't have grass in our yard, so she always has to take advantage of it when we pass a neighbor's yard with nice grass!

  6. We are wondering if there was anything interesting (and stinky) on the ground.

    1. I don't think so - she has different moves when it's something stinky. Likes to smear her neck in it. lovely.

  15. Oh, now I want to go roll in the grass. Except we still have snow up here, sigh, sigh. Still, if only we could all be as happy with our lives as dogs are when they roll in the grass, eh? Cheers and hope your week is going well. P.S. We have the dog that we co-parent back. So wonderful to have her in the house again (!!).

    1. Oh, still snow?! But yes, it would be nice to have such happiness with total abandon!

Yay for having the pup in the house again!

  16. LOL Rita and Rosie could have a "roll off!" Rudy would be too busy making sure he chased all the birds out of our yard ;-)
