The other day I potted some plants and, of course, Rita had to come stick her nose into what I was doing. She's always got to be RIGHT THERE next to me, checking out whatever I'm doing.
"What are you doing, Momma?" |
"What are you doing now? Can I help?" |
"Is this helping? I'm supervising! Quality control!" |
But, having said that... sometimes the momma could use a little space.
"Uh, am I in your way?" |
"What about now?" |
"I'm not nosy, I just have a lotta nose!" |
Sometimes when I'm working in the yard, Indy gets in my face and starts kissing me. I always tell her, "It's really hard for Mama to do this with a dog in her face." If she really wants to help, I wish she'd learn to pull weeds!
ReplyDeleteI think Rita is a great little helper - I love to be involved in everything too!! Though sometimes I think I help just isn't appreciated enough - doh!! :)
ReplyDeleteWags to all
Your pal Snoopy :)
Way to be such a great helper Rita! I am sure your Mom is so appreciative!
ReplyDeleteHi Y'all!
ReplyDeleteJust hoppin' by to say "hi".
BOL! I like that kind of helpin'. Usin' the nose is always a good thing!
Y'all come by now,
Hawk aka BrownDog
You did a good job snoopervising there! Our humans like it when we stay close by to them--they just pretend not to sometimes.
ReplyDeleteDogs make the best supervisors, don't they? :)
