Rita luuuuuves** her Wubba.
But this week, we were wondering...
... does Wilson* own a Wubba??!
Rita would hope so. If not, she thinks he needs one, posthaste. At any rate, we're certain he has something he loves as much as Rita loves her Wubba, and that makes her happy.
* If you are not familiar with Wilson and his brother Jimmy, and the amazing fact that each week their mom manages to come up with a new alliterative W-focused Wordless Wednesday post about Wilson, well, you simply should be.
** I resisted the urge to write "wuvs". Aren't you glad?
Thanks to BlogPaws for hosting Wordless Wednesday! Stop by their site to check out all of the other blogs in the hop.
That was awesome job! Cute pictures!!
ReplyDeleteThanks! Sometimes she looks away when I hold up the phone/camera, but yesterday I just kept talking to her and kept the phone low and just kept snapping. I didn't know if I'd even get any usable pics - but I got a lotta cute ones! Might have to try that technique again!
DeleteWhat an adorable post. Rita is so photogenic and such a good dog!
ReplyDeleteShe is a very good girl - mostly. :)
DeleteHee Hee, I love it.
ReplyDeleteI had fun putting this one together. :)
DeleteRita is definitely high fashion and runway ready.
ReplyDeleteFunny... Our last dog was SUCH a supermodel (she LOVED the camera) that I don't think of Rita as being a model like Abby was - but I do manage to get some awfully cute pics of her, and that's all her since I'm not much of a photographer!
DeleteThat heart eyed emoji is the perfect match for Rita's face there!
ReplyDeleteYes, we know Wilson and Jimmy and it is amazing how their Mom comes up with those titles!
Isn't that emoji perfect? I can't help but smile every time I look at that picture!
DeleteWe always enjoy what Wilson comes up with for Wordless Wednesday
ReplyDeletehugs
Mr bailey, Hazel & mabel
So do we! We wuv, I mean LOVE, Wilson! :)
DeleteI want a wubba! They look like fantastic fun!!!
ReplyDeleteRita really recommends a bear wubba! (She used to have a plain blue canvas wubba, but the stuffed bear wubba is totally the new fave.)
DeleteInside the mind of Rita!
ReplyDeleteIt's an interesting place! :)
DeleteThat is the most adorable smile I've ever seen Rita share! She must REALLY, REALLY love that wubba. 😍
ReplyDeleteShe weally weally does.
DeleteWe are with Rita...Wilson needs a Wubba. Then his Mom would have another WW post - and she can say "wuvs" so you don't have to. :)
ReplyDeleteWe wub that you shared this with us:)
ReplyDeleteWe wub that you stopped by. We wub spreading wub. (lol. This reminds me of that old SNL Buckwheat skit... "Wooking pa nub...") I amuse myself sometimes.
DeleteHi Rita, looking beautiful. All healed?
ReplyDeleteYes! All healed up - just needs to grow all her hair back!
DeleteI just bought two of those Wubbas for Charlie and Coop! One of them is brown, the other gray. I haven't given them to the dogs yet. They (Wubbas) are sitting on the pantry shelf! I'm a baaaad mama! But seriously, Charlie keeps borrowing my grand-dog's toys when he goes to her house. So, I didn't bother giving him the Wubba because he keeps coming home with her toys! (She lives next door). ROFL!!! "Wookin' pa nub...." hahahahaha
ReplyDeleteOh, that's hysterical that Charlie's found an endless supply of new toys. :) Smart puppy! (When they finally get their Wubbas, I'm sure they'll love them!)
DeleteWe have that same cute Wubba.
ReplyDeleteIt's such a cute one!
DeleteI thought Rita loved Margaritas? And beer...
ReplyDeleteHaha. Yes. Truth. She loves a lot of things. She's excited about Cinco de Mayo tomorrow....
DeleteLOL Love this post and these are some of the cutest photos of Rita!
ReplyDeleteI wasn't even looking while taking them, so I was pretty happy with how cute they came out. (And the crazy tongue-out-Tuesday one I posted online was from the same little photo-shoot.)zdf
DeleteThis made me chuckle--especially once I figured out who you were quoting! Well done.
ReplyDeleteJean from Welcome to the Menagerie
We're always happy to hand out chuckles. :)
DeleteSorry for the slow response! I've been out of town and off of the internet for several days!
ReplyDeleteOf course Wilson owns a Wubba! It does start with a W afterall....

PS Thanks for the free publicity for my blog ;-)
DeleteOh, ha! I just went and looked at those! And I had commented on one! In my defense, it was almost 3 years ago though! But I hadn't seen the 2012 one.
DeleteWow - how many years have you been doing these?? I wonder how many you've done in all??
My first WW post was July 14th, 2010! This post:
Deletehttp://cardiganshirecorgis.blogspot.com/2010/07/wilsons-wordless-wednesday.html
I've probably missed 5 or 6 Wednesdays each year. Unfortunately I don't see an obvious way to get a count with blogger without just paging thru all my posts.
This really made me chuckle. I follow Taryn's amazing W posts on Wednesdays.
ReplyDeleteHer W posts are one of my faves. Every week I think will THIS be the week she runs out of W's - and she never does. It's like there are infinite W posts out there!
Deletehello rita its dennis the vizsla dog hay i hav wubba type things wot i luv too!!! i luv them so mutch i just hav to tayk them apart so i kan luv the insides too!!! i am glad to see that wilson duz hav a wubba evrybuddy needs wun!!! ok bye
ReplyDeleteYes, everybody does need a Wubba! But Rita's is too precious for her to take apart! :)
DeleteHee, hee, love this post (or should I say wuv this post?). Hope you're all having a great week.
ReplyDeleteHehe. Wuv. Feel like Elmer Fudd when I say (type) that.
DeleteYes, we know Wilson and his penchant for writing in W's. I'm thinking Rita hopes Wilson has a Wubbe so he Won't Want to take hers, LOL!
ReplyDeleteLove & Biscuits,
Dogs Luv Us and We Luv Them
Oh, hadn't thought of that angle - you're probably right!
