I love my new running shoes. And my running buddy! |
Look at me, being almost wordless!
We're running away this week so I might not make it around to visit all y'all but we'll be back next week!
Thanks to BlogPaws for hosting Wordless Wednesday! Stop by their site to check out all of the other blogs in the hop.
What an adorable pic! You definitely have the best running partner. Have fun this weekend!
ReplyDeleteThanks! She is a great running partner - works well, because I usually drag her on the way out, and she drags me on the way home. :)
DeleteI love the sneaker colors! I'm not a runner, although, I have jogged quickly with Delilah when I've had a DADO on my tail. ;-)
ReplyDeletehaha. Yes, that is when the ability to at least jog quickly away is most called for - when the DADO's are after you! We've been known to do that too.
DeleteWell, you can burn my house, steal my car
ReplyDeleteDrink my liquor from an old fruit jar
Do anything you want to do, but uhh baby, lay off of my shoes
And don't you step on my blue ..... shoes
:-)
Nice. :) Now I'll have that in my head all day. Beats "Running with the Devil."
DeleteI'm sure Eddie Van Halen would agree, runnin' with a dog is far better than Runnin' With the Devil!
ReplyDeletehaha. Yeah. Because I'm guessing that when you run with the devil, he pokes you with his little pitchfork if you drop the pace.
DeleteI love your shoes and your buddy too! I need to get back into running. I'd love to take Luke with me, though I'm not sure about his knees. I'm going to talk to the vet about it at his next appointment.
ReplyDeleteOh, that would be nice if he could run with you. We don't do any sort of crazy mileage or go very fast and we usually work in at least a bit of walking so it's not too strenuous on her joints (or my old bones!).
DeleteI'm sorry but the "not to be confused with Running With The Devil" totally cracked me up! DakotasDen
ReplyDeleteOh, no need to apologize for laughing - that's what we're here for. :)
DeleteI miss running with my Golden Retriever. My knees say my running days are over. ☺ Have fun this week. ☺
ReplyDeleteI thought my running days were over since I had problems w/ my peroneous for YEARS, but my chiropractor fixed me up. Yay!
DeleteIt's great to have a running partner! My dogs quit on me, so now I only have walking partners. Doing anything with dogs is always better than doing it alone.
ReplyDeleteYeah, I remember when our beagle went from a running to walking partner. It's definitely more fun to do anything with the pup rather than alone. :)
DeleteMy mom is hoping to start running again next week. We will see if her ankle likes the idea or not. Have fun running away!
ReplyDeleteOh, best of luck with the ankle, mom!! Hope it goes well!
DeleteHave a fun run away!
ReplyDeleteWe did have a fun run away. But we are back now. It's always fun to go, but also good to come home!
DeleteThat's one totally pawsome running partner! Have a wagnificent time away.
ReplyDeleteWe did have a fun time - maybe I'll share some of our hiking picks next week.
DeleteLove the photo and the shoes!
ReplyDeleteI love those shoes too... thinking I should order a second pair before they discontinue them!
DeleteCute shoes, and cute paw!
ReplyDeleteAren't dogs' feet the cutest??
DeleteNice shoes! Adorable pooch pas too. Have fun wherever you're going!
ReplyDeleteLove & biscuits,
Dogs Luv Us and We Luv Them
We did have fun, thanks! But it's always so nice to come home! Especially to your own bed!
