While he was checking out Zen Dog, jealous-wealous Rita had to come check him out too. (Yes, hubs is on the floor. Although we do actually have furniture, we hang out on the floor a lot at our house.)

"Daddy, you don't like this new dog more than me, do you?" |
Rita says, "Hey, I can be zen too! (Although not when squirrels are involved.)"*
May your Wordless Wednesday be zen!
*When squirrels are involved, she is a wild beast.
Thanks to BlogPaws for hosting Wordless Wednesday! You can check out all the blogs in the hop here.
Love the Zen dog and squirrel. And yes, Rita, you are very Zen, too.
ReplyDeleteShe can be!
DeleteLove that zen dog and, especially, the squirrel. So cool! Sorry, Rita, but you just don't look very zen. lol Jeffie should have taught you how to do it before he left.
ReplyDeleteYeah, she looks a little suspicious in that picture... But she can be zen - when she's tired. :) She would have loved a zen lesson from Jeffie!
DeleteI really love the zen dog and need one for our flower garden. My dogs would never sit still long enough to be "zen" anything!
ReplyDeleteRita's pretty lazy, so she be a couch potato... I mean zen master now and then.
DeleteThose are so cute! I could use a zen dog, to remind me to chill.
ReplyDeleteYep, that's precisely why I got it for the hubs!
DeleteSquirrels are evil. They bring out the wildness in even the most zen dog.
ReplyDeleteYes, most squirrels are instigators. But not Zen Squirrel. Look at him! He's even offering up his nut!
DeleteHaha! I bet Zen Squirrel was quite relieved to see Zen Dog. They both are adorable!
ReplyDeleteThey're good buds. They're also buds with our backyard Buddha so the three of them have a good time out on our deck.
DeleteAwww, how precious is Zen Dog, Rita not to mention the deck statute. :)
ReplyDeleteAww, thanks. :)
Deleteoh, no zen poodle. But... it gave me an idea for an upcoming challenge! Thanks Rits.
ReplyDeleteHappy we could help out! :)
DeleteThose are really cute little statues! We have a zen dog that looks like my husband's family dog. :D
ReplyDeleteOh, that's perfect!
DeleteMy mom is on the floor most of the time too. Love the little zen.
ReplyDeleteWe enjoy hanging out on the floor. And Rita likes it too! :)
DeleteLove the Zen dog. I wish Hailey was more Zen!
ReplyDeleteYes, it's nice when Rita is in her zen mood. Not zen (like when the FedEx guy comes or the gardener) is not as fun!
DeleteI don't know anyone who can be Zen when their is a squirrel to chase!
ReplyDeleteVery true. Hard to overcome that hard-wiring to chase squirrels!
DeleteI believe Zen squirrel is an oxymoron.
ReplyDeleteHahaha. Yes, you're right.
DeleteNo Zen around squirrels. Or cats!!
ReplyDeleteOh, ugh - yeah, no cats either here!
DeleteFun post! Rita is totally zen, lol.
ReplyDeleteHa! Yeah... totally.... :)
DeleteZensational! :-)

DeleteThe Zen dog is cool
ReplyDeleteWay too cool!
DeleteThe squirrel and dog are adorable and I love Shasta's spot on the beach! It appears like a place she could be VERY zen in the future... ;-)
ReplyDeleteRita could make room for Shasta on "her" bench! :)
DeleteMr. N is sloooowly learning the art of being Zen around squirrels.
ReplyDeleteThat's super impressive!
DeleteLOL I need a little of Rita's zen. Have a wonderful weekend.
