Ain't No Party Like a Puppy Party

The other day if you've liked my author page or we're friends on Facebook, you might have seen this pic of me with two cute puppies and a sweet old golden in the background. If so, did you wonder who those pups are?
Well, two of my sisters got new puppies! Yes, that's right - TWO new pups in the family! (The sweet golden is Maggie - my sis dog-sits her a lot.)

This one is Stella. Those ears! She's a kisser and a cuddler! (Which makes her a-okay in my book.)

And this is Scout. She's a little timid, but so cute and sweet.

Rita got to meet Scout the other day...

... but Rita didn't get to come along to the puppy party. See, most of the gals in my family got together to go through all my mom's old jewelry and a few other things. (Technically, we were calling it the "Divvy up" party, not a puppy party.)

Since we already were going to have three people plus two dogs plus a ton of stuff in the car, Rita stayed home with daddy. Besides, we didn't want to have too many intros going on at one time since this was the first time Stella and Scout met.

At first, Stella wasn't too sure, so she let Maggie and Scout play.

But then she got into it later, and had a great time romping with Scout.
Very blurry action shot
Then all three got into it for a bit.

Of course they all crashed later on!

And I got quite the sniffing when I got home!

I'm sure you'll be seeing lots more of Scout and Stella on the blog.
